The low blood sugar headaches that turn into migraines that test your determination.
Feeling so bloated you question whether or not you counted your calories correctly.
Fighting the urge to weigh yourself everyday because you know the number will never be as low as you hope it to be.
The saying, “slow progress is progress” because patience doesn’t come easy when you’re starving.
Carb flu. Carb flu. Carb flu. Fuck carb flu.
Feeling exhausted, scatterbrained and fatigued from the moment you wake to the moment you lay back down.
When you hit your ugw and it’s still not good enough.

How I like to fast
- first set a timer for however long you intend to fast for
- I would recommend around 12 to 72 hours
- please do NOT try to fast for more than three days because it’s super dangerous and you’ll end up in hospital
- every time you want to binge look at the clock to see how much progress you’ve made
- this really helps me to stay motivated because I’d hate to ruin all the work I’ve done!
- if I do end up binging I restart the timer immediately and have to start again
- obviously I really hate doing this so it really helps me see the consequences to my choices
- I always end my fast with some form of fruit or vegetable and then later try to have a small and nutritious meal
- if you feel faint or dizzy at anytime please have something small to eat
- don’t weigh yourself until a couple of days after because you may have a little bit of water weight but I promise you it’ll all come off and more
- always remember to drink lots of water!!!

You always get tested the most before you progress to the next level.
How you feel after every binge (in case you forgot)
“I just want to die. Everything hurts. I feel like
vomiting. All my week’s progress fucked up. I hate food. I gained so much from
this. I hate myself. I’m disgusting and I have no self control. No
wonder I’m so fat. I’m so tired of starting over. I’m tired of saying I’ll start again tomorrow. I always say that but it never happens. I wish I never ate. I
could have drank water instead. I could be skinny and happy by now. I
never learn. That wasn’t worth it. I wish I could turn back time. I wish I never ate in the first place. “
Are you still hungry?
I don’t binge anymore and I’m so proud tbh. And when I’m stoned I try my best to not eat so much.
See? You’ve made so much progress! Look at how beautiful you’re getting! I’m so proud of you, sweetheart.
So what if you binged once. So what if you binged for a week straight. So what if you feel like you’ve taken two steps back. So what if it feels like you have to start over.
You can either give up and never make progress again or you can pick yourself up, start over, and continue the journey.
Nobody’s MAKING you eat. You have to monitor your own damn progress. YOU have to stop YOURSELF from eating. Nobody else will knock that food out of your hand, do it yourself! You have nobody to blame except for yourself!
